Report a Bug

A useful minimum report includes a short summary, the page or feature, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Device, browser, expected result and screenshots are optional details.

Prepare your report

Your entries stay in this browser. This form never submits them to NanoRes.

  1. Complete the minimum report, then choose Copy report or Download report.
  2. Choose Open Support Ticket to open the verified NanoRes Discord server.
  3. In Discord, find create-a-ticket, then paste the copied report or attach the downloaded text file there.

Do not include passwords, seed phrases, private keys, Account credentials or sensitive transaction information. Check screenshots before sharing them.
